Synopsis : At 4:00 p.m., today, Typhoon "PEPENG" was located based on satellite and surface data at 150 km North Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes (15.1°N 125.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 195 kph and gustiness of up to 230 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 13 kph.
